No Refund on Confirmed Transactions

Once a transaction has been successfully processed and the amount has been credited to your Mahadev Book account or wallet, no refund will be issued. This includes:

  • Deposits made through any payment method
  • Transfers from bank accounts or UPI platforms
  • Purchases of credits or game balances

Users are requested to double-check all payment details before proceeding with any deposit.

Duplicate Transactions

In the case of a duplicate transaction—where you are charged twice for the same deposit—and both amounts are credited to your Mahadev Book account, the excess amount will remain in your wallet for future use. If only one deposit is credited while both amounts are deducted, please contact our support team for review.

To resolve this, users must:

  • Provide valid proof of the transaction (payment receipts, UTR number, bank statement screenshot)
  • Share the time and date of the duplicate payment
  • Contact support within 24 hours of the transaction

Upon verification, Mahadev Book may refund the excess amount back to the original source of payment within 7–10 business days, if eligible.

Failed Transactions

If your deposit fails but the amount has been deducted from your bank or wallet, please allow up to 24 hours for the transaction to reflect on your Mahadev Book account. If the amount is still not updated after this time:

  • Reach out to customer support with payment details
  • Provide a screenshot of your payment confirmation or bank statement
  • Mention the transaction date and time

After successful verification, we will credit the amount or initiate a refund as per the situation.

Unauthorized or Suspicious Activity

Mahadev Book maintains strict monitoring to prevent fraud and protect user accounts. Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Your account has been flagged for violating our terms of service
  • Your activities involve suspicious or irregular transactions
  • You attempt to withdraw or request refunds from multiple payment methods repeatedly

We reserve the right to withhold or deny refund requests if misuse or abuse of the platform is suspected.

Refunds for Bonus or Promotional Credits

Bonuses, cashback offers, or promotional rewards are non-refundable and are meant for use on the Mahadev Book platform only. These cannot be withdrawn or transferred into cash or refunded under any condition.

Time Frame for Refund Processing

If a refund is approved by Mahadev Book support, the amount will be returned to the original payment source within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment service provider.
